Pricing Information

How Pricing Works

Pricing is based on the number of unique users who view the app over a 30-day rolling period. To estimate this number, refer to the “Page Viewers” trend in SharePoint Page Analytics for the last 30 days. Learn more about this here: View usage data for SharePoint pages and news – Microsoft Support.

The base price is determined by your user tier. Discounts and term-based multipliers are then applied to calculate your final price.

Term Options

Pricing is calculated based on your selected term length. Longer commitments receive built-in discounts:

1 year Standard pricing
2 years – Save 10% 10% discount
3 years – Save 15% (Best Value) 15% discount
These multipliers are applied after any approved discounts.

  • Multi-year discounts are built into the term multipliers above.
  • Additional discounts may be available based on program eligibility.
  • Discounts are subject to approval, qualification requirements, and applicable program limits.
  • The maximum aggregate discount is 25%.
  • Additional terms and limitations may apply.
